Bloom has been closed.
Tonight's quest for a great restaurant takes us to St Paul across the street from the Schmidt Brewery on 7th St. E and I both agree this is a great restaurant. I argue it should be on our top ten which no restaurant has made since Sanctuary in July or Young Joni six months prior.
This place is ALL CLASS, yet the wine, a good pour was $10. They have exotic foods: pheasant, venison, trout... the pheasant was $18 the trout $22 bread basket was $8, all was great and the bill for an EXCEPTIONAL meal was $67 WITH two wines. The food was well presented, good temp and was flavorful. It makes MY Top Ten in the TCs well worth a try!
